You start in level 1, by cleaning away the rough snow from her hair and body. She is covered all under, so try to remove as much as you can. Take off her jacket and snow pants, and lead her to the bath for the next level.
Give Hazel a bath, and clean every part. Apply some lotion, and give her her favorite pets if she starts to cry.
